Senior Corporate Officer - Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Assist client onboarding: incorporations, service agreements, bank accounts, AML
• Develop relationships with advisors and clients; maintain contact; meet/visit clients
• Collect signatures; maintain client company files per procedures
• Assist in compliance/KYC matters and reviews
• Prepare/review board packs; coordinate board/shareholder meetings
• Attend client board meetings; prepare/review minutes

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years in Capital Markets; debt structures and securitization; compliance
• AML knowledge
• Understanding admin and Know-Your-Customer obligations
• Strong organisation and time management; able to deliver tasks
• Professional, client-focused with interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to draft and review legal documents using Ocorian templates
