Role: senior corporate paralegal on DDN's Legal team
Manage corporate governance and entity compliance for global subsidiaries
Operate across time zones and jurisdictions with discretion
Support board matters, entity administration, and regulatory compliance (FCPA/OFAC, KYC)
Hands-on, organized, and able to handle high volumes of workstreams

🎯 Requirements

6+ years corporate paralegal experience
In-house experience at multinational tech/software company
Experience managing entity governance across international jurisdictions
Knowledge of FCPA, OFAC, anti-corruption/trade compliance
Experience handling KYC/UBO due diligence
Bachelor’s degree; paralegal cert preferred
