📋 Description

• Serve as key legal advisor to cross-functional teams on commercial, regulatory, and operational
• Interpret and apply U.S. laws and global regulations in pharma/healthcare contexts.
• Review contracts and strategic initiatives to ensure legal compliance and alignment with objectives.
• Develop and implement legal policies, compliance programs, and training efforts.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to manage risk and resolve disputes.
• Provide timely guidance on evolving legal questions with business-focused clarity.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active license to practice in job location.
• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience; in-house or healthcare compliance experience preferred.
• Preferred exposure to biopharma, healthcare, or life sciences compliance topics.
• Ability to advise business clients and assess legal risk in real time; strong communication skills.
