Senior Counsel

📋 Description

• Counsel product, sales, and engineering on AI, privacy, advertising, and compliance.
• Support litigation, IP, and regulatory matters.
• Drive reviews of marketing copy and go-to-market disclosures for compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate tech, vendor, and data processing agreements.
• Lead privacy reviews and partner on complex privacy matters.
• Advise on AI-enabled product launches and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in-house or startup tech law (transactions/IP/privacy).
• JD and admission to a state bar.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making judgments.
• Strong written and verbal communications in plain English.
• Experience advising cross-functional teams on product, commercial, tech, or regulatory matters.
• Experience with SaaS, B2B, or tech companies (preferred).
• Curiosity about technology and AI-enabled products, data governance, and privacy.
