📋 Description

• Negotiate and structure highly-tailored commercial agreements with strategic partners and
• Drive novel agreement frameworks for product partnerships and provide practical, risk-balanced
• Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance/Tax, and
• Build commercial playbooks, templates, and scaled strategies that reduce deal cycle times and
• Advise business leaders on transactional and product roadmap implications, proactively identifying

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. (or applicable equivalent) with 7+ years of relevant transactional experience in-house or at a
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and structuring complex fintech commercial agreements, with a
• Proven ability to independently own deal execution end-to-end, from term sheet through closing
• Track record of building scalable legal processes (playbooks, templates, deal frameworks) that
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
