📋 Description

• Primary legal partner to Go-To-Market; manage transactions from structuring to execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, enterprise, and partner agreements incl. NDAs.
• Navigate open source licensing and compliance for regulated customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Sales, and executives to align legal with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of commercial legal experience, ideally in law firm and in-house tech.
• Strong drafting and negotiating SaaS, subscription, and professional services agreements.
• Ability to draft standard form agreements and online terms from scratch.
• Experience negotiating with highly regulated customers and regulatory considerations.
• Working knowledge of open source licensing and compliance.
• Cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or related tech sector experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, and executives.
