🎯 Requirements

JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
7+ years of legal experience in SaaS/software/tech contracts
Strong corporate/commercial/IP law knowledge; experience with cloud-based subscription agreements
Proven HIPAA privacy knowledge; healthcare tech familiarity
Understanding of IT security controls/frameworks
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
