Respond promptly to legal requests from partnerships, supply chain, product, engineering, and other
Advise stakeholders on product liability, regulatory, IP, and negotiation strategy.
Support improvements in processes, forms, and operations within the legal group.

🎯 Requirements

JD degree and bar admission in the state of location or in-house status.
10+ years of experience advising on commercial agreements.
Experience drafting and negotiating vehicle manufacture/supply, licenses, supply chain, and
Experience in another specialist area of law (e.g., employment, IP, corporate, or competition).
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills; manages multiple projects.
Ability and interest in developing expertise in new, complex subject areas.
