📋 Description

• Lead, negotiate and close SaaS and AI agreements (security, privacy, support).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, eng, revenue, and services.
• Find creative solutions to close complex deals on time with good CX.
• Stay fluent in evolving AI terms and regulatory landscape.
• Excel in a quota-driven environment with prioritization and proactive comms.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Sales and enable trainings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial contract experience in-house or tech firm.
• Ideal 3+ years negotiating cloud service agreements with enterprise/regulated customers.
• Strong data privacy and security knowledge (GDPR vs CCPA).
• Familiarity with AI terms: data provenance, IP ownership, AI governance.
• Ability to thrive under pressure with quota and deadlines.
• Active law license and/or JD or equivalent depth in tech transactions.
