Provide practical legal advice across hardware, manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement.
Draft and negotiate complex supplier, manufacturing, development, licensing, and partnerships.
Advise on legal issues across hardware lifecycle including manufacturing and supply chain.
Identify risks across commercial transactions; coordinate with experts as needed.
Develop scalable processes, templates, playbooks to move fast while managing risk.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years experience in tech law (firm or in-house).
Significant experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated hardware-related agreements.
Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with evolving priorities.
Practical business judgment enabling quick action while managing risk.
Clear communication of legal concepts to technical and business audiences.
JD and license to practice in California.
