📋 Description

• Serve as legal advisor to product teams across global markets
• Identify regulatory and legal considerations affecting product design and UX
• Guide regulatory readiness, GTM planning, and expansion
• Draft, review, and maintain global/local product terms and disclosures
• Advise on product positioning, marketing per regulatory requirements
• Monitor regulatory developments in digital assets and services

🎯 Requirements

• Jurist Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission
• 6+ years of legal experience in regulated fintech
• Strong knowledge of payments regulation, digital asset custody
• In-house experience at fintech or digital asset company preferred
• Experience launching regulated financial products across multiple jurisdictions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
