🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctor, LL.B., or equivalent law degree with strong academic record.
10+ years of experience practicing employment law representing management at a law firm or in-house.
Qualified to practice law in the UK (England and Wales).
Comprehensive expertise in UK and European international employment laws and cross-border practices.
Experience navigating European labor relations, collective consultation processes, or works
Proven experience advising HR, Operations and cross-functional teams on contingent workforce needs
