Work cross-functionally with the People Team.
Lead strategic initiatives for legal training and managing outside counsel on employment litigation and administrative charges.
Lead processes to scale employment legal support.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of combined legal experience at fast-paced tech companies or tech-focused firms in employment law.
JD with CA license.
Expertise in AI-related employment laws; privacy laws a plus.
Experience advising product and people teams on AI enablement and automation.
Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.
Experience managing complex employment litigation matters.
