Senior Counsel (Employment Products)

📋 Description

• Own and maintain employment templates, policies, and processes across jurisdictions.
• Monitor global regulatory developments and drive implementation of changes.
• Partner with Product and People to design compliant employment solutions.
• Advise on hiring, compensation, leave, performance management, and terminations.
• Support Direct Expansion and launches of new employment products and features.
• Translate complex employment law issues into clear, practical guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Law Degree (JD or equivalent) and admission to practice.
• 4+ years of employment law experience (firm or in-house).
• Deep expertise in employment law across jurisdictions; contracts drafting.
• Understanding of the EOR model; prior EOR experience preferred.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional or cross-border matters.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills.
