📋 Description

• Lead governance and structuring for each new entity launch
• Drive hands-on stand up: filings, registered agents, director/officer appointments
• Conduct jurisdiction-specific regulatory and licensing research
• Draft and maintain formation docs and governance records
• Partner with Global Expansion to sequence launches
• Identify governance risks early and craft practical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in corporate governance and entity formation
• Hands-on multi-jurisdiction entity management
• Experience with external counsel, regulators, and corporate secretarial providers
• Comfortable holding power of attorney for directors/officers
• Autonomous on fast-moving project (11 months); reliable internet and fluent English
• Bonus: EOR/HR tech or governance playbooks and multi-jurisdiction setups
