📋 Description

• Independently manage sophisticated medical malpractice, professional liability, and related
• Develop compelling case themes and litigation strategies while anticipating opposing arguments and

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• At least 8 years of substantial litigation experience, including litigation support, deposition
• At least 3 years of medical malpractice experience or significant exposure to medical malpractice
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle matters through all phases of discovery and trial.
• Experience with insurance defense matters is preferred.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $160,000–$190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Annual billable-hours bonus starting at $10,000, with an additional $7,500 for each subsequent tier.
