📋 Description

• Own end-to-end partnership, data licensing, and API agreements.
• Lead negotiations from term sheet to signing using AI drafting.
• Build AI-powered contract playbooks and templates for partnerships.
• Advise on data use, IP ownership, exclusivity, and liability in data-sharing deals.
• Drive deal momentum and identify legal risks to unblock negotiations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on complex/high-value transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• 6–8 years in commercial contracts; top firm + in-house tech ideal.
• Expertise drafting/negotiating partnership, data licensing, and API agreements.
• Strong business judgment; balance deal economics with terms for fast decisions.
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Ironclad, Gemini) and AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with CLM tooling and SFDC; in-house tech experience.
