🎯 Requirements

Qualified UK lawyer with ~2-6 years banking/finance experience.
Familiarity with New York law a plus.
Strong work ethic; multitask and manage multiple projects.

Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
Exceptional drafting, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
