📋 Description

• Lead strategic technology partnerships: Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements covering
• Manage transactions end to end and collaborate with senior legal leadership on the most significant

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school or equivalent qualification, with an active
• At least 8 years of legal experience focused on technology transactions, ideally combining law firm
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property licensing and complex technology agreements, including
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality in legal drafting, contract review, due
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand broader commercial objectives, balance risk
