Senior Counsel, U.S. Policy Legal

📋 Description

• Execute comprehensive legal strategies for federal and state policy initiatives
• Support access for AbbVie products in the U.S.
• Engage in key external engagements for active policy shaping and external messaging
• Participate in cross-functional engagements with Legal, Government Affairs, OEC, and business
• Comply with applicable AbbVie policies and procedures
• Develop in-depth knowledge of AbbVie’s business and keep abreast of changes in laws and policies

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. with license to practice law in a U.S. state
• Minimum 5+ years (8+ years preferred) of relevant experience practicing law
• Preferred experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry legislative/regulatory
