Senior Counsel, U.S. Policy Legal

📋 Description

• Comply with applicable AbbVie policies and procedures.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of AbbVie's business, company imperatives, and keep abreast of changes
• Provide clear advice to Government Affairs and business clients on key federal and state laws
• Work with legal department managers to resolve complex legal matters efficiently, and advise legal
• Help direct the work of outside counsel, define project objectives, manage projects.
• Work cross-functionally and find solutions for business clients consistent with the law

🎯 Requirements

• J.D., with license to practice law in a U.S. state.
• Minimum 5+ years (8+ years preferred) of relevant experience practicing law, preferably in a law
