🎯 Requirements

• Creatio CRM Developer Advanced Certification mandatory
• 4+ years leading CRM implementations with complex integrations
• Deep Creatio expertise: architecture, configuration, low-code, integration patterns
• Proven technical delivery across full implementation lifecycle
• Strong client-facing communication with business audiences
• Experience mentoring and working with distributed teams
