🎯 Requirements

• Creatio CRM Developer Advanced Certification mandatory.
• 4+ years leading CRM implementation projects with complex integrations.
• Deep hands-on Creatio expertise: architecture, configuration, low-code development, integration
• Experience owning technical delivery across full lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members; comfortable with ~5–6 hours overlap with North
