Senior Creative Producer

📋 Description

• Frequently work face-to-face with clients, occasionally embedding with them.
• Collaborate with a small, fast-growing Monks team to build our production reputation.
• Lead production of digital products: brand apps, websites, campaigns and ecommerce.
• Bridge Monks with new-business leads, presenting our capabilities.
• Kick-start projects by engaging leads, responding to briefs and RFPs, co-creating pitches.
• Lead production to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing brand sites, digital campaigns, apps and ecommerce.
• Hands-on experience producing high-end digital work and enabling technical projects.
• Advising C-level on digital transformations and large redesigns for websites and apps.
• Work in English and Japanese at the highest professional level.
• Handle high-stakes accounts and propose next steps from strategic, technical perspective.
• Understand digital objectives of global brands and grasp project challenges quickly.
