Senior Creative Producer

📋 Description

• Produce multi-format assets from briefs with limited supervision.
• Work autonomously from brief to final delivery.
• Use AI tools to accelerate production (assets, formats, templates).
• Direct the Multimedia Producer on simpler tasks, focusing on high-skill work.
• Read and pressure-test briefs to surface gaps and risks.
• Own a large concurrent project portfolio and manage timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in a creative production role across multiple disciplines.
• Independent work across at least three: design, video, motion, web, copy.
• Portfolio showing breadth/quality with minimal revision cycles.
• Experience with AI tools (Firefly, Midjourney, RunwayML) to accelerate production.
• Experience within a defined brand system across formats and channels.
• Background in brand, in-house creative team, or agency environment (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, multimedia, or communications (preferred).
