• Be the day-to-day lead for the client on your workstream: own the regular client rhythm, the
• Review and scope every incoming brief with the client and our strategy team, agree the right
• Lead the set-up of each new master and template with the client and our creative team, from
• Manage projects end to end across the account, from briefing to delivery, including high volumes of
• Plan ahead with internal stakeholders so resourcing matches campaign requirements, and manage the
• Run the client review and approval process, act as brand guardian and quality-check deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a senior producer or account lead in a creative agency or production
• Independent, proactive and highly organised: you take ownership, juggle multiple projects and tight
• Confident fronting a senior client: you have owned a client relationship in your own right, built
• Commercially literate: comfortable with estimates, retainers and reconciliation, and used to
• Platform literate and systems-minded: a working knowledge of YouTube and paid social formats, and
• Comfortable working with teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
