Senior Creative Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own and improve creative request and production processes, identifying opportunities to streamline
• Coordinate creative workflows across design, content, video and web teams, including internal
• Own the creative project calendar and team capacity plan, track progress, and proactively
• Serve as the final quality checkpoint before assets go live: review creative (layout, typography
• Maintain QA checklists by asset type (web, email, video, social, print, events) and log recurring
• Confirm required approvals (brand, legal, product, regional) are complete and documented before

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative project management or content operations, including 4+ years in
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Experience managing budgets and opening/maintaining POs
• Experience working in or with an in-house creative team or agency, including vendor management and
• Demonstrated experience enforcing brand guidelines, managing file versioning, and running creative
• Must be able to work Pacific Time, 8 AM–5 PM
