Senior Creative Strategist

📋 Description

• Lead high-performing creative strategies by combining research, storytelling, and performance analysis.
• Conduct deep customer research to understand audience behaviors and triggers.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and ad libraries to spot opportunities.
• Develop creative strategies, hooks, and messaging concepts that drive engagement.
• Write scripts for short-form ads, VSLs, AI-generated UGC, and static ads.
• Create landing pages, advertorials, and other direct-response assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Direct Response for DTC brands.
• Proven experience creating and scaling Meta advertising concepts.
• Strong grasp of direct-response principles and performance marketing frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams (video editors, designers, copywriters).
• AI tools experience and strong English communication.
• Overlap 6+ hours daily (GMT+3).
