Senior Creative Strategist

📋 Description

• Lead high-performing creative strategies using research and analytics.
• Conduct deep customer research to understand audience behavior and triggers.
• Analyze competitors, trends, and ad libraries for opportunities.
• Develop creative strategies, hooks, and messaging frameworks.
• Write scripts for short-form ads, long-form videos, and UGC content.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and copywriters to align assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Direct Response for DTC brands.
• Proven experience creating and scaling Meta advertising concepts.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles and performance frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams (video editors, designers, copywriters).
• Excellent written and spoken English; AI-native mindset with AI tools.
• Overlap of 6+ hours between 9am–6pm GMT+3.
