📋 Description

• Create 360 proposals by synthesizing partner RFPs and conducting audience research.
• Design visually compelling decks using AI imagery tools to illustrate strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Creative Solutions to refine and execute creative platforms.
• Develop sales enablement materials, including capability decks and case studies.
• Present concepts and strategic rationale in internal and client meetings.
• Manage a high volume of proposals weekly within tight timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in creative strategy, brand partnerships, or integrated campaigns.
• Strong design with Google Slides and visual AI tools.
• Proven track record responding to agency RFPs with sales teams.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized self-starter, able to manage multiple fast-moving projects.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
