📋 Description

• Lead advertising creative strategy across a portfolio of DTC and eCommerce brands, developing
• Analyze creative performance data to identify winning concepts, diagnose underperforming assets
• Apply customer psychology, market sophistication, awareness levels, mass desires, offer
• Develop clear hypotheses for creative tests based on customer insights, performance trends
• Work closely with Growth Strategists, Media Buyers, Visual Designers, Campaign Coordinators, and
• Review advertising assets across user-generated content (UGC), video, static images, and carousel

🎯 Requirements

• At least four years of experience in performance creative strategy, including substantial hands-on
• Strong experience developing and testing Meta advertising creative across Facebook and Instagram.
• Proven track record of developing direct-response creative that contributes to measurable
• Deep understanding of customer psychology, mass desires, awareness levels, market sophistication
• Strong instincts for evaluating and improving creative across UGC, video, and static advertising.
• Excellent copywriting instincts, with the ability to develop compelling angles, hooks, scripts, and
