Senior Credit Bureau Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee tradeline testing across multiple systems of record, ensuring activities follow
• Review testing results for completeness, accuracy, and quality, identify trends and potential
• Oversee critical reject monitoring and reporting, analyzing recurring themes, emerging issues, and
• Escalate significant findings and concerns through established governance channels and prepare
• Consolidate testing results, monitoring outcomes, and key observations into meaningful reports and
• Support Compliance Managers with oversight activities, remediation initiatives, corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Credit Bureau Reporting, FCRA Compliance, Risk Management, Quality
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and delivering measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Metro 2 reporting standards, and
• Working knowledge of Fiserv, ALS, TSYS, MSP, and Debt Manager servicing platforms.
• Working knowledge of ChexSystems and Early Warning Services (EWS).
• Hands-on experience with testing, monitoring, quality assurance, or oversight activities.
