📋 Description

• Manage premier, strategic AR portfolios across the U.S., ensuring timely collections.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Billing, Legal) to unblock payments.
• Lead AR operating cadences, prioritization, escalation routing, and resolution.
• Monitor AR aging, DSO, disputes, and queue performance to drive action.
• Support AI-enabled workflows to improve prioritization and reporting.
• Partner with internal and external teams to scale cash outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in credit, collections, or Order-to-Cash ops.
• Experience managing enterprise AR across US/global.
• Strong knowledge of AR aging, DSO, credit risk, terms, disputes.
• Proficient with Salesforce, ERP/billing systems, and portals.
• Keen to use automation and AI tools for collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for exec escalations.
