Senior Credit Controller (Fixed-Term Contract - Maternity Cover)

📋 Description

• Control and reduce third party debt via proactive ledger management
• Process trade debtors, cash flow, dispute, and bad debt reports
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments and disputes
• Escalate with Revenue Assurance and CS to recover past-due portfolio
• Support re-invoicing and resolve client disputes and short payments
• Work with commercial teams to resolve incoming queries

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in O2C, P2P, or R2R in international company
• University degree in finance, accounting, or business
• Fluent in Spanish and strong Business English
• Functional knowledge of MS Excel, SAP, Sidetrade (optional) or ERP
• Strong cooperation and customer service skills
• Accuracy, attention to detail, proactive self-starter
