📋 Description

• Lead CRM engagements aligning business objectives with technology solutions
• Drive CRM lifecycle: implementations, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Advise financial services on CRM strategies and automation
• Analyze processes, map requirements, design CRM architectures
• Translate requirements into functional specs and implementation plans
• Facilitate workshops, training, and post-launch adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years CRM consulting, implementation, and solution delivery
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts incl. APIs, data models, objects, field mapping, and
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and managing
• Proven experience working directly with external customers in a consulting environment
• Knowledge of business processes, project lifecycles, and agile methodologies
