📋 Description

• Campaign ownership across email, push, and WhatsApp.
• Design and run regional CRM calendar with commercial goals.
• Lead a team of 3; set targets and development plans.
• Coordinate with local/central teams to align with brand goals.
• Create triggers and automations using data-driven insights.
• Measure and optimize campaigns with A/B tests and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years CRM in Tech or E-commerce
• 2+ years people management
• Braze (preferred); HTML; SQL bonus; Looker optional
• Multi-channel CRM across Email, Push, WhatsApp
• Strong stats and A/B testing capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Marketing/Business
