📋 Description

• Lead delivery of CRM and loyalty initiatives for global brands.
• Manage end-to-end delivery with governance, budgets, and timelines.
• Drive sophisticated CRM campaigns from inception to deployment.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure high delivery standards.
• Develop scopes, timelines, and budgets; ensure deliverables are profitable.
• Produce status reports and client meeting materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Project Management within CRM, digital marketing, or agencies.
• Proven experience leading stakeholders across complex global departments.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms, ideally SFMC or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on CRM, web, and marketing automation project experience.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets across global brands.
