📋 Description

• Shape Ebury's global Financial Crime framework for AML/CTF and crypto.
• Design, draft, and update policies for stablecoins and on-chain monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align crime defense with crypto.
• Hands-on delivery with Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
• Draft policy docs and advisory notes for regulatory clarity.
• Conduct regulatory research and benchmarking across UK EU.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years AML/CTF Compliance or Regulatory Risk in financial services.
• Crypto knowledge including stablecoins, public blockchains, wallet infra.
• Draft clear, technically accurate compliance docs (policies, procedures).
• UK/EU crypto regulatory knowledge including MiCA and Travel Rule.
• Analytical/data skills; Excel essential; SQL and BI tools preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; CAMS/CCAS or ICA Diploma preferred.
