📋 Description

• Draft and update global Financial Crime policies and frameworks.
• Shape AML/CTF policy design for crypto and cross-border payments.
• Collaborate with Manager and Head of Crypto Compliance across jurisdictions.
• Bridge traditional financial crime defense with crypto-native tooling.
• Drive on-chain monitoring, wallet screening, and KYW due diligence.
• Partner with Tech and Data teams on policy delivery and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years AML/CTF or financial crime experience in fintech/crypto.
• Knowledge of UK/EU crypto regs (MiCA, TFR, Travel Rule).
• Strong drafting skills for policies, risk assessments, and papers.
• Data literacy: Excel; SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) preferred.
• Experience with crypto compliance vendors (Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
