Senior Cryptocurrency Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead blockchain analysis, crypto tracing, and financial investigations.
• Analyze blockchain ecosystems and DeFi; identify illicit finance activity.
• Lead the technical direction of blockchain investigations with SMEs and developers.
• Design tools, perform tracing, assess new payment technologies.
• Advise investigators on blockchain artifacts and chain-of-custody for evidence.
• Plan and execute technical goals; mentor others; remote with onsite DC/Nova.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in blockchain engineering or crypto forensics.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related field.
• Hands-on crypto analyses for federal investigations.
• Experience with blockchain analysis platforms (Chainalysis Reactor, TRM, CipherTrace).
• Solidity, EVM, and blockchain APIs proficiency.
• TS/SCI eligibility; DHS EOD suitability.
