Senior Custody Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic development and scaling of digital asset custody solutions
• Own custody product: infrastructure, pricing, market positioning
• Partner with custodians and banks to design asset flows
• Collaborate on features: whitelisting, MPC, token support
• Define client workflows: onboarding, segregation, audit, reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Business, or Engineering
• Prior crypto or financial institution experience; trading firms a plus
• Hands-on crypto custody, blockchain ops, or digital asset servicing
• Strong understanding of wallet technologies, custody solutions, settlement
• Familiarity with traditional finance custody controls and Web3 custody innovations
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency a plus
