📋 Description

• Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of advocacy programs across assigned customer segments
• Manage the complete customer reference lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting suitable
• Identify opportunities to expand existing advocacy initiatives using customer insights, performance
• Lead and grow customer ambassador and advocate communities, overseeing recruitment, ongoing
• Develop and expand customer advocacy opportunities, including references, events, recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, customer success, community
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and grow customer-facing programs, balancing strategic
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust with customers, including senior
• Proven ability to identify opportunities within existing programs and develop initiatives that
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop compelling
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, deadlines
