📋 Description

• Customer Revenue Metrics & Standards: Ensure metrics like ARR, GRR, NRR, up-for-renewal rates
• Executive & Board Reporting: Lead data preparation and narratives for CCO presentations, board
• Renewal & Retention Variance Analysis: Own reporting, modeling, and variance analysis for
• Planning & Capacity Modeling: Construct annual renewal/retention models with Finance; build
• Customer Health & Early Warning Systems: Design/maintain health scoring, risk telemetry
• Analytics Requirements & Data Governance: Define reporting requirements across Salesforce, data

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in customer analytics, revenue analytics, FP&A, strategic finance, or CS/RevOps in
• Deep knowledge of SaaS recurring revenue models (ARR, GRR, NRR, cohort analysis, churn).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), CRM (Salesforce).
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical specs and building executive
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear executive narratives.
• Strong cross-functional influencer with excellent communication.
