Senior Customer Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects.
• Coordinate with customers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead teams to meet goals and project milestones.
• Define goals, deliverables, and high-level work plans.
• Manage issues, risks, and scope changes to protect timelines.
• Coach and mentor junior Customer Delivery Managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Delivery.
• 5-8 years working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese is an asset.
• Ability to travel; passport is required.
• Proven ability to drive projects to completion while balancing process with entrepreneurial spirit.
