Senior Customer Engineer

📋 Description

• Map solutions to value across large orgs; bridge business and technical needs.
• Drive discovery and qualification of opportunities.
• Prepare and conduct product demos to show Collibra Platform capabilities.
• Advise and support customers’ technical stakeholders; primary contact for technical queries.
• Identify and execute value-based workshops and PoCs.
• Build relationships to drive adoption and renewals; support RFP/RFQ inputs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a Sales or Customer Engineering or Sales Consulting role.
• Enterprise sales or customer engineering experience (land and expand).
• Broad knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, and data privacy; ROI and project management.
• Data Management practitioner with cataloging, integration, data quality, and architecture; governance boards.
• Experience with leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
