Senior Customer Engineer, Digital Native Enterprise - Los Angeles

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery, design architectures, and deliver demos/PoCs.
• Build technical champions and executive relationships within target accounts.
• Represent Cloudflare at industry events and tech conferences.
• Primary technical contact from contract to full platform adoption.
• Lead onboarding/implementation; own the engineering relationship end-to-end.
• Monitor health telemetry and resolve integration bottlenecks.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of internet request lifecycle.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering).
• Web security incl. WAF/TLS/DDoS; networking; cloud infra (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication/presentation for engineers and executives.
• AI-native development: AI-augmented workflows to speed prototyping.
