Senior Customer Engineer, Turkey

📋 Description

• Partner closely with Account Executives to lead technical deep-dive discovery, capture business
• Define, scope, success criteria, and technical evaluations plans for Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and
• Deliver tailored technical presentations, architectural diagrams, and demonstrations that show how
• Proactively address complex technical objections, security compliance questions, and edge-case
• Take accountability for a suitable solution deployment strategy (Customer, Partner or Cloudflare
• Provide oversight to technical onboarding and implementation, but not execute the implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles: Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering
• Architectural mindset with ability to design and articulate complex enterprise network and security
• Consultative and advisory skills: excellent communication and presentation skills
• Commercial mindset: proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments
• Technical breadth: proficiency in at least four of: Internet fundamentals, security, performance
