Senior Customer Insights Analyst (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• You own end-to-end analytics on customer questions like acquisition, retention, cross-sell, upsell
• You design, analyze, and operationalize experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to optimize
• You build and maintain customer segmentations, churn models, and lifecycle frameworks for targeted
• You conduct deep-dive analyses across web, app, and station touchpoints and connect insights to
• You develop dashboards and metrics for self-serve insights and data-driven decisions
• You present insights and recommendations to senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer, product, or growth analytics (international environment preferred)
• SQL expert; Python or R for advanced analysis
• Statistical knowledge in experimental design, hypothesis testing, regression, time series, retention
• BI tool experience (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or QuickSight) and data storytelling
• Business acumen: translate questions into measurable outcomes and actions
• Excellent English; German or other European languages are a plus
