📋 Description

• Localise the global customer marketing motion for EMEA markets, customers and culture
• Build the EMEA customer story pipeline by working with customer-facing teams to find standout
• Own written, video and spoken customer stories, quotes and references end to end
• Package and localise customer stories for priority EMEA markets and enable Sales on usage
• Develop and manage a roster of EMEA customer advocates for references, speaking and peer connections
• Design and run EMEA community programmes including power user groups, roundtables, awards and

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, content marketing or community
• Proven experience producing content end to end with excellent writing and interviewing skills
• Experience building or running events, customer communities and advocacy programmes
• Strong relationship instincts with ability to build trust with customers, Sales and Customer Success
• Highly organised and operationally rigorous with ability to manage multiple projects and
• Comfortable working autonomously and building from scratch in a fast-moving environment
