Senior Customer Reliability Engineer - Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Provide solutions to customers to help them use our products.
• Troubleshoot customer environments with active triage.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation.
• Build out our monitoring and alerting systems.
• Build and maintain automation for daily tasks.
• Own the customer experience, meet SLAs with white-glove guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with large, complex cloud infra at scale.
• 4+ years with Kubernetes.
• Experience managing a production distributed system on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong Linux experience.
• DevOps or CI/CD experience.
• Python scripting; bonus: SRE, Kubernetes CRs, Azure, Airflow, IaC.
